AP Human Geography
The AP Human Geography course is equivalent to an introductory course in human geography at the college level. The course presents students with a systematic study of patterns and processes that have shaped the understanding, use, and alteration of the surface of the earth. Students study socioeconomic organization and its environmental consequences using spatial concepts and landscape analysis. Students also learn about various methods and tools that geographers use with their research and the application of these methods and tools.
